Аннотация

Индо-непальские отношения, которые политиками обеих стран зачастую определялись как дружественные и близкие, сегодня переживают кризис. Его причины — обострение пограничного вопроса и стремление Непала продемонстрировать свою независимость в условиях нарастания внутриполитических проблем в обеих странах, обострения индийско-китайских отношений и начавшейся пандемии. В материале анализируются ключевые точки соприкосновения интересов, конфликтный потенциал двусторонних отношений, предпосылки его возникновения. В работе использован комплексный подход, принимающий во внимание значение внутриполитического фактора.
