- Paper presents Russian adaptation of the Loyola generativity scale. Method consists of 20 statements and forms a generalized scale. Scale estimates one's strives to interact with younger generations and transfer his/ her personal and professional experience (generativity). Generativity is one of the characteristics, revealing specifics of personality development of an adult. This instrument broadens notion of the intergenerational relationships and can be applied for investigation of characteristics of personality self-actualization and self-realization. Standartization results (n = 336) proved psychometric reliability and validity of the Russian version. Comparative analysis revealed sensitivity of the results to the occupational specifics, specifics of social sphere and independence from sex and age factors.
