- Abstract
- We discuss studies based on B.F. Lomov's idea about communication/social interaction as an aspect of being. The examples of communication and joint activity in experimental and natural conditions illustrate methods, procedures and techniques for modeling communicative situations. We present results of modern fundamental and basic research conducted using new instrumental methods, and discuss some features of the modern communication environment and human activities related to the advent of modern communication technologies and related dissemination of information. The prospects for further development of the "Cognition and communication" paradigm are considered.
