Аннотация
Предложена русскоязычная адаптация Лойольской шкалы генеративности. Шкала разработана для изучения направленности взрослого человека на взаимодействие с более молодыми поколениями и передачу своего жизненного и профессионального опыта (генеративность). Гене-ративность является одной из характеристик, раскрывающей особенности личностного развития взрослого человека. Методика позволяет расширить представления о сущности межпоколенных связей и может быть использована для изучения специфики самоактуализации и самореализации личности. Методика состоит из 20 утверждений и образует единую шкалу. Результаты стандартизации методики (N = 336) подтвердили психометрическую надежность и валидность адаптированного варианта. Сравнительный анализ показал чувствительность методики к специфике профессиональной деятельности, особенностям социальной сферы, а также независимость от половозрастных факторов.
