Abstract
Research devoted to the analysis of procrastination's predictors in employees of modern Russian organizations.120 employees of the Russian industrial organization participated in the study, including 70 women and 50 men, mean age - 35 years old, mean work experience in present organization - 4.3 years. We used four diagnostics methods to characterize special aspects of work activity and organizational culture, personal characteristics and specificity of the occupational stress syndrome. To analyze the results we used correlation, factor and regression analysis. Correlation analysis revealed significant correlations of procrastination. The obtained characteristics were grouped in three blocks and step by step included in the regression model. In the result we received a significant statistical model (p < 0.001), which explains more than 33% of the procrastination's variance in employees.
