Аннотация
Обсуждаются нейробиологические, психологические, межличностные механизмы нарушения регуляции эмоций после психической травмы. Критико-аналитический обзор литературы показал, что факторы регуляции имеют большой вес в развитии посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР) и других расстройств, связанных с травмой. Описаны два основных механизма нарушения регуляции эмоций после травмы, один из которых связан с дисрегуляцией, характеризующейся гипервозбудимостью и интрузиями (вторжением травматических мыслей и образов), а второй - с гиперрегуляцией (диссоциацией травматических переживаний). Отдельно описан механизм избегания посттравматических эмоций как основное нарушение регуляции эмоций при ПТСР. Проанализированы механизмы переработки посттравматических эмоций в отношениях привязанности.
