Abstract
Subjective space of Russian language sounds’ perception (46 phonemes, including variants of vowels and consonants, N-17) has been constructed by means of metric multidimensional scaling; its dimension is 15 (is composed of four conditionally primary and 11 conditionally secondary parameters). Formal (computer) analysis of the same sound patterns by means of previously proposed algorithm has revealed that only four factors that correspond to the first four subjective distinctive features (when averaging signal for the time of sounding) are enough for their description. The rest of 11 subjective distinctive features correspond to sub-phonemic quanta - kinakemas (extracted according to V.Ya. Plotkin). The revealed form of spectral representation of factors of set of sound signal-phonemes under study is similar to the same characteristics of other sets of sound signals that were used previously in the studies of emotions’ manifestations in the sounding speech and were interpreted as certain emotional parameters in fourdimensional spherical model of emotions.
