- Abstract
- Peculiarities of subject-personal regulation of behavior as individual versions of time perspective construction are examined by the example of specialists from two professional groups: with and without strict regulation of activity. Variety of behavioral patterns and diversity in individual variants of subject- personal regulation of behavior are described. Subject’s characteristics play the greater part in behavior regulation in representatives of regulated professions while for people who regulates their professional activity by themselves - personal characteristics rank first. In case of lack of strict regulation in professional activity the greater integration between subject and personal characteristics is observed. On the contrary, for strictly regulated professional activity significant correlations between certain characteristics of subject and person (life meaning orientations, cognitive and emotional control of behavior, reflection) are common. Regardless of the character of professional activity in has been stated that subject and personal characteristics correlate with time perspective construction, types of correlation being different in the groups under study. Both professional groups are characterized by reciprocal correlation between subject and personal characteristics as well as by high indices of subjective well-being thus denoting at variety of patterns of realizations of individuals and make it possible to speak about psychological maturity of representatives from both professional groups.
