Abstract
Some propositions of O.K. Tikhomirov's semantic theory which are the basis for the model of multiple and multilevel regulation of person's decision-making are described. It is shown how the development of the idea of unity of intelligence and affect (in its understanding by L.S. Vygotsky, A.R. Luria, and O.K. Tikhomirov) is realized concerning person's decisions and choices in ambiguity situations. The notion of dynamic regulative systems (DRS) - new formations integrating a fortiori different-level processes of actualgenesis both of personal and cognitive components of person's decisions regulation is based.
