- Abstract
- Peculiarities of economic self-determination in two groups of enterprises directors - owners and hired managers are considered. The group of enterprises owners was divided into single owners and co-owners. Theoretical analysis and empiric results make it possible to assert that such indicators of economic self-regulation as satisfaction with material welfare and self- esteem of economic status, level of business activity, success in career and well-being, possibility to infl uence on enterprise development and some others are higher for owners and the highest - for single owners. No signifi cant differences in attitude to money were found for representatives of compared groups. General level of psychological readiness for moral norms adherence in business behavior and its partial levels according to moral standards of justice, responsibility and adherence to ones principles were higher for managers. Meanwhile entrepreneurs are characterized by higher level of psychological readiness for adherence to principles of justice and tolerance.
