- Complexity of essential for authorized and moral elite's formation personal characteristics' combination, their multidirectional motivation is considered in the article. The problem of moral behavior and ambiguity of associated with it social sanctions, psychology of voluntary moral suffering are analyzed. The ways of development of person's moral culture along with its specific personal meanings and emotional orientation are outlined.
