- Structure of intellectual activity of persons with hearing impairment at different stages of mental development is studied from the standpoint of semantic theory of thinking, developed in O.K. Tikhomirov's school. The model of their intellectual activity study based on system approach to psyche study is presented; characteristics of structure organization of their intellect along with its factual and operational aspects development are presented. Typology of correspondence of intellectual activity components in persons with hearing impairment based on L.S. Vygotsky's ideas about system structure of consciousness and O.K. Tikhomirov's ones about dynamics in procedural regulation of thinking is described.
