- Abstract
- Methodological and methodical aspects of the new period in the development of psychology of labour - social psychology of labour are considered. Topicality of the development of social psychology at the present period of socio-economic transformations in the present-day Russia is grounded. Tendencies of professionals realization in different types of work and organizational activities, in labour and organizational relations are defi ned. Perspectives of metasystem and subject-activity approaches as methodological grounds for social psychology development are based. The results of researches of socio-psychological and value-moral aspects of personalitys professional realization, professional adaptation and development of personal resources of professional as a subject of professional activity, professional environment and socio-economic transformations in society are presented. Necessity and possibility of psychology of labour and social psychology integration into a new branch of psychological knowledge is grounded.
