- Present-day researches of emotional-motivation sphere in patients with Parkinson's disease are analyzed. Empirical study of this disturbances revealed that the ones are multi-profiled, diversified and linked to different pathogenetic factors: organic (the level of operating of structure-functional blocks of brain as a substrate for mental activity), psychological (dependence on needs, intellectual processing of feelings, self-image and choosing of coping strategies) and social (environmental conditions).
