Abstract: The attempt to prove that person's professional reflection under professionalization has culture-specific peculiarities is made. The results of structure of culture-conditioned professional reflection study in representatives of two ethnic groups (Udmurts and Russians) at different levels of professionalization are presented. Correlations between components of person's professional reflection and ethnic self-actualization are analyzed. The structure of culture values in different ethnic groups is revealed and their influence on components of professional reflection is shown.
