Аннотация
Проведена адаптация шкалы психологического благополучия К. Рифф (Ryffs Scales of Psychological Well-being). Методика включает в себя шесть шкал: автономность, компетентность, личностный рост, позитивные отношения, жизненные цели, самопринятие. Результаты стандартизации методики (п = 510) свидетельствуют о том, что она обладает хорошими психометрическими показателями. Подтверждена шестифакторная структура психологического благополучия с ведущими компонентами самопринятие и жизненные цели. Предложена адаптация экспресс-варианта шкалы психологического благополучия.
