Приводятся результаты адаптации Опросника эмоционального интеллекта К. Барчард на рос- сийской выборке (n = 691). Применение эксплораторного и конфирматорного факторного анализа показало хорошее соответствие факторной структуры опросника теоретически ожидаемой. Выяв- ленные половые и возрастные различия в оценках по шкалам опросника соответствовали описан- ным в литературе: эмоциональный интеллект у женщин был выше, чем у мужчин, и у взрослых выше, чем у подростков. Корреляции со шкалами Маркеров факторов большой пятерки соответ- ствовали теоретически предсказанным. Эксперименты с предъявлением эмоциональных стимулов показали более высокую чувствительность к эмоциональному содержанию стимулов у лиц с вы- сокими значениями по шкалам эмоционального интеллекта.
