- Abstract
- Conceptions about relationship between subject and personality in domestic psychology have been analyzed. According to system-subject approach personality, being the core structure of subject, determines general direction for self-organization and self-development, while subject implements this direction coordinating the choice of targets and person’s resources. Mature forms of person’s behavior depend on the level of coordination in subject-person continuum while developing. Close relationship and reciprocity of structures and functions of subject and personality is shown by the examples of study of theory of mind (subject’s cognitive function) in adulthood and subject’s regulative function – in women with traumatic experience of abortion. Debatable and searching character of the hypothesis in psychology of subject is emphasized.
