- Modern problems of legal consciousness as a "core" of person's attitude to law, its structure and types are examined. Psychology - law relationship are analyzed based on V.N. Myasishchev's theory of relations. Classification of types of attitudes to law including legal idealism, realism, conformism, fetishism, infantilism, skepticism, cynicism, and nihilism is proposed. The results of empiric research of correlation between attitude to law, personal characteristics and system of values in representatives of different social groups: getting juridical education and accomplishing law enforcement activity, as well as those who does not have special legal knowledge are presented.
