Abstract
Theoretical grounds for determination of socio-psychological conditions for small groups as subjects of joint activity, communication and relations formation are presented. Conditions for groups subjectity formation - developing social environment (social oases) and social training are stated and experimentally verifi ed, technologies of its creation are described. Developing social environment and social training are shown to actualize potential capabilities of small groups as subjects of joint activity, psychological infl uence on person and main organization.
