- Abstract
The analysis of team-work management researches in foreign social psychology has been conducted. Five main theoretical paradigms in team-work studying (structural, socio-cultural, network, emotional, cognitive) are allotted. Special emphasis is made on team creativity and team activity in the conditions of high uncertainty and time deficiency studies. The most perspective tendencies of future researches are laid down.
