- The necessity of usage of new methods for professional motivation structure study is based. Method based on principles of G. Kelly's theory of personal constructs and conceptual approaches of experimental psycho semantics is elaborated for evaluation of motivation in psychological examination of professional suitability. Evaluation of professional motivation of train crews' specialists (n = 134) is conducted, specificity of value-meaning sphere is defined, individual differences are studied. Possibility and reason-ability of usage of modified method for evaluation of value-meaning sphere of professional motivation for prognosis of the level of professional suitability are shown.
