Abstract
The phenomenon of predisposition to syndrome of psychological adaptation and disadaptation development has been studied. The hypothesis according to which predisposition to disadaptation syndrome development in state employees is connected with low indices of social intelligence (cognitive component), dissatisfied need for domination (motivation component) and as the result actualization of destructive psychological defenses is verified. Disadaptive behavior types can be classified by two grounds: substitution of need for domination by subordinate needs (need for dependence or opposition); decrease in substituting needs satisfaction control.
