- Abstract
- The author reveals the distinctive features of Russian mentality ideas concerning legal conceptions: from their positive side they rely on moral principles and conscience, from their negative side they are related with traumatic experience and loss of subjectivity. These conclusions are confirmed by analysis of historical and ethnographical material and the results of the author’s empirical research.
