- Abstract
- The results of adaptation of R. Hackman's and G. Oldham's "Job Diagnostic Survey" on Russian-speaking sample (n = 305) are presented. The procedure enables to evaluate the subjective perception of professional tasks' core job characteristics, intrinsic work motivation, different aspects of job satisfaction and need for professional development. Linguistic adaptation of survey, verification of synchronic and test-retest reliability, content and construct validity were made in the process of survey's adaptation. The results of standardization allow to conclude that the given procedure can be used as psycho-diagnostic instrument for practical and research activity.
