- Abstract
- Comparative study of perfectionism's parameters in patients with depressive (83 pers.) and anxious (93 pers.) disorders and healthy subjects (73 pers.) was conducted. Hypothesis that perfectionism's indices in groups of patients exceed the ones in healthy subjects was tested; existence of correlation between indices of perfectionism, depression and anxiety was expected as well. The subjects were examined by means of inquirer SCL-90-r. Tailor's scale of personal anxiety, Zung's scale of depression, inquirer of Garanyan-holmogorova, based on original model of perfectionism's parameters. It is determined that perfectionism's indices in patients are signifi cantly higher then the ones in healthy subjects and correlate with depression and anxiety. Two parameters of perfectionism distinguish the groups signifi cantly. The conclusion about correspondence of the results to unitary model of correlation between depression and anxiety in depressive patients with personal troubles is drawn.
