Abstract
Three levels (interpersonal, micro-group and group) and three components (cognitive, affective and behavioral) of individual's identity in small group and informal sub-groups have been studied (n = 413). Micro-group identity for the majority of group members is founded to be more intense than two others. Common peculiarity for all levels of identity is the greatest intensity of affective component in comparison with two others.
