Аннотация
Представлен обзор исследований регуляции эмоций. Рассматривается регуляция эмоций как процесс, отражающий развертывание регуляторных усилий во времени, и как свойство, связанное с индивидуальными различиями в используемых способах регуляции. Показано, что наиболее изученными стратегиями регуляции эмоций являются подавление эмоциональной экспрессии и переоценка значения эмоциогенной ситуации. Проводится теоретический анализ связей между стратегиями регуляции эмоций и эмоциональными расстройствами. Выделяются осознанные и неосознанные формы регуляции. Описываются нейропсихологические, когнитивные, аспекты регуляции эмоций.
