- Abstract
- Materials of a number of domestic studies of late 20–30 years in the sphere of psychology of labour, engineering psychology and ergonomics are summarized. Psychological descriptions of subject of labour are discussed: psychuc regulation of professional activity and states of subject, evolution of personality of professional, estimation and forming of professional aplitude. The role of Russian scientists in elaboration of fundamental and applied aspects of problems is shoun in definition of perspectives of learning and practical utilization the results of these efforts.
