Abstract

The effects of pre-operation preparation depend on the strength-sensitivity of the patient's nervous system. The standard premedication (promidol and atropin) is efficient for children with the strong nervous system but it is not efficient for the weak nervous system. For the patients with the weak nervous system the authors suggested 3-component premeication (seduxen, promedol, atropin). A method of prognostication was developed for evaluating the effects of patient’s drug preparation on the basis of their genetically determined psychophysiological indices.
