- Abstract
Results of a study of small and middle Russian firms owners’ opinion on social psychological problems they come across in their activity are expounded. Motivation of their choice of this kind of activity, attitudes to risks, nvalry and failures, peculiarities of interaction with partners are analyzed. Social psychological factors of successful business activity and the types of Russian businessmen empirically revealed are considered.
