- Abstract
The paper gives an analysis of development and application of a branch automated control system (ACS) in the Goskdmselkhoztkhnika of the USSR. It is shown hat the second wave of psychological barrier appears in the period of stable industrial exploitation of the-ACS beside the well-known psychological barrier while creating the ACS. This new psychological barrier leads to a negative attitude and hindrance of the processes of management automation.
