- Abstract
The psychological peculiarities of 56 practically healthy persons during urgent adaptation to additional respiratory resistance (ARR) were investigated. It was shown that adaptation to ARR Includes two individual behavioural tactics ("overcoming" and "avoiding") are based on various psychological, psychophysiological and behavioural characteristics. "Overcoming" ARR iactic is related to "psychotic" scale of SMIL and the striving for higher achievements. "Avoiding" tactic of ARR is related to "neurotic" scale of SMIL and lower striving to achievements.
