- Abstract
Problem of the permissible differences among the proposed hypotheses and interpretation of results, which is difficult for any cross-cultural study is discussed. The necessity of unified psychological methods and techniques application is emphasized.
This problem was analyzed in the process of study of the legal representations made by Geneva center on study of human rights, in which Russian psychologists took part.It was shown that realization of rights in Russians was not typical for the representatives of states traditionally functioning in accordance with law. Russians' realization of rights is related to the frequency of contiguity with legal problems in real life and based on mutual discharge of obligations.- Keywords
