- There are considered some conceptions of killing etiology and personal specificity of a criminal murderer as well as psychological determination of one’s choice to commit a murder and essential sense of that action. A hypothesis about specificity of the murderer’s ontological status as a main preiequisite ol a criminal action is advanced.
