Abstract

The problem of individual peculiarities of regulation of human voluntary activity within the framework of subject of activity approach is considered. For the first time the results of empirical researches of individual peculiarities of regulation are generalized related to degree of extraversion and neurotism, structure of needs and motivational sphere as well as specificity of personal defences. It is shown that individual system of regulation has integrative role linking together dynamic and meaningful structures of subject’s personal spheres and conscious and unconscious ones. Each personal sphere is viewed considering its functional role in the whole regulation process of human voluntary activity.
