Abstract

The article examines the legal doctrine of Pashukanis from the position of Philosophy and Sociology of Law. On the example of the theory of Pashukanis, the differences between Marxist ideology and philosophy of neo-Kantianism are shown. The approach of the Soviet lawyer to understanding the methodological problems of the science of the theory of state and law is evaluated.
