- Abstract
- Organizational, personnel and financial issues are discussed that harm development of sciences in Russia. Results of forecasts of university and doctorate graduates up to 2030 are given based on statistical data; impact of these processess is discussed. Also, some suggestions are formulated regarding an improvement of the quality of scienstistic personnel in Russia.
