- Abstract
- Based on the data of statistical and sociological research in Russia and the Vologda oblast, the importance of non-economic factors in ensuring economic development is considered. The conclusion is substantiated that the readiness of the country and its regions (for example, the Vologda oblast) for the modernization path of economic development is at a low level.
