- Abstract
- A secondary analysis of research on the life success of Russians is given; they associate it with family values, communication, reliable friends, interesting work, and an active life strategy. Based on the results of a survey of students in the Volga Federal district regions , conclusions are drawn about the relationship of students ' life success with their own efforts and family support. In the views of both Russians and young people, the importance of connections and acquaintances for modern life is becoming more and more evident, as well as the tendency to incompatibility of success with moral principles. Differences in their ideas about life success depending on gender, nationality, and region.
