- Abstract
- On the basis of a pilot study conducted in 2010, we consider ethno-confessional situations in industrial organizations with a homogeneous ethnic environment on the territory of a number of regions of the Central black earth region of Russia and find out how respondents show interest in ethno-confessional problems in such an environment.
