- Abstract
- Scientific outlooks and types of reasonings of the psychologist A.V. Brushlinsky and the philosopher A.V. Smirnov are analysed, two conclusions are drawn. First, despite the differences in subjects (the psyche of the subject and the logical-semantic picture of the Arab-Muslim world), scientists use very similar ways of thinking and understanding of scientific rationality. Their reasonings are based on holistic logic and beliefs in dynamism, variability of the world of the person. Secondly, follows from their works that transdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary analyses are necessary for studying of the difficult and multidimensional world. The publications of both scientists are supported by the trends which are now becoming mainstream in the methodology of humanitarian knowledge
