Abstract
The results of a number of empiric researches devoted to socio-psychological problems and consequences of started in Russia in 1992 economic reforms are presented in the article. Comparison of results of historical and psychological reconstruction of evolution of psychology of personality and groups under the conditions of New Economic Policy and results of empirical studies of dynamics of socio-psychological phenomena in the period of radical economic reform in 1990-th make it possible to come to the conclusion that there are general laws that characterize interconnection and interdependence between psychological and economic factors in changing society. Different research strategies or models of empiric rehearses were used for hypothesis about character and mechanisms of interrelation between economic and socio-psychological phenomena under the conditions of changes in the forms of ownership testing. Dynamics of socio-psychological phenomena during the period of mass privatization of state enterprises have been analyzed in the in the course of changes of the forms of ownership at enterprises and in organizations. Another model - comparative analysis of socio-psychological phenomena of employees at enterprises with different forms of ownership has been used for heterogeneous economy. The results have shown that change of organizational and economic conditions of employees' activity connected with changes of ownership forms at enterprises and in organizations is a significant factor of socio-psychological dynamics of personality and group. Under the conditions of economic changes individuals and groups act not as passive objects of occurring events but as their active subjects. Phenomenon of preference of form of ownership and type of economic activity is formed at personal level of psychological relations. The results of a number of theoretical and empiric researches that had been conducted in the laboratory of Social and Economic Psychology of Institute of Psychology RAS during the first period of economic reforms in Russia (1992-1998) make it possible to reveal changes in interconnections and mutual influence of economic and socio-psychological phenomenon and serve as a powerful impulse for formation of new approach in Russian science - economic and social psychology.
