DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF "RESILIENCE OF PERSON" QUESTIONNAIRE

Abstract
Information about stages of development, validation and improvement of psychometric indices of the author's questionnaire "Resilience of person" is presented. Questionnaire is aimed at researches of resilience of adults (18 and elder), consists of 96 points and includes 8 scales: "activity and initiative", "self-motivation and achievements", "emotional control and self-regulation", "positive attitudes and flexibility", "self-respect", "social competence and social support", "adaptive styles of behavior", "self-organization and planning of the future". All scales characterize structural components of resilience, total score characterizes the level of person's resilience. Questionnaire was standardized; its validity and reliability were tested by means of different methods and procedures on the sample of more than 2.5 thousand people. High index of retest reliability as well as high indices of points' discrimination and internal consistency of questionnaire scales are indicative of its clear structure. The conclusion that the questionnaire can be used as a psychodiagnostic instrument for evaluation and study of person's resilience for adults.
