Abstract

The problem of position and status of P.Ya. Galperin's theory (TSF) in national science is being risen. The attempt is made of comparative study of theory's state from it's originator's point of view on the one hand and it's valuation by contemporary researchers on the other hand. The defense of doctoral thesis by P.Ya. Galperin in 1965 was chosen as starting point, the procedure of defense was reconstructed by archival files, the speeches of opponents and reviewers were analysed. The trends of research in the frame of TSF pointed by P.Ya. Galperin are marked. And their substantial historical-psychological specification as new branch of our science - general (genetic) psychology and as a substantive scientific school is made; the topic of interrelation of TSF and general psychological theory of activity is touched.
