- Abstract
- The problems of informativity, self-sufficiency and conditions for adequacy of self-assessments in dynamics of subject’s professional formation (PFS) components ensuring are considered. Opinion about PFS’s dynamics is proved empirically to be determined by socio-demographic and professional factors. PFS’s dynamics is shown to be an oscillatory process, while distortions in assessments of subject’s professional formation dynamics due to his/her actual age are comparatively little. It was revealed that self-assessments of his/her own PFS can be considered as informative, reliable, self-sufficient empiric data for age interval between 30 and 50 and between 25 and 55 as well.
