- Abstract
- Phenomenon of interactional justice as determinative condition of organization activity effi ciency is considered. It is shown that evaluating the justice of organizational decisions employees are guided by the set of social norms connected with the process and the result of communication. The type of organization and its organizational culture determines signifi cance of these norms. Conducted empirical research makes it possible to reveal that employees in organizations with support culture attach greater importance to interpersonal justice than employees in organizations with role culture.
