Abstract

Lingvo-psychological approach to verbal semantics which is understand as totality of specific phenomena of man's verbal-cognitive sphere connected with speaker's potential and actual awareness and understanding relationships between verbal elements and objects of external world and verbal elements between themselves as well is proposed. Original method for language's polysemantic fields' analysis is elaborated. The results of two research series describing peculiarities of verbal semantics in organization of language lexics, ways of semantic components' encoding, consistency of words' semantic organization in adult speakers, forms of semantic component existence in man's cognitive-verbal sphere are described.
