Abstract
The results of professional identity of as a factor of psychological university graduates' primary adaptation to specialty study conducted in the framework of normative crises in professional formation investigation are presented. By means of comparative analysis of data obtained from the interviews of senior course students and two years later the hypothesis was confirmed that professional identity being formed during the education in the university promote entering the profession during the first two years of autonomous activity in comparison with those whose identity remain unformed, many possessors of which left the profession.
