Abstract

The features of relationships inside married couples in families of male and female employers are presented. Comparing with families where husbands and wives are wage earners, in the families of male employerse (and still more in families of female employers) some negative tendencies are observed. In such families conficts are more frequent, the degree of marriage satisfaction decreases, the level of family stability is reduced and the amount of unstable and problem families is increased.
